These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website getatman.app (the "Site"). The Site exists to allow users to sign up for the waitlist for the ATMAN app — a wellbeing app and "life navigator".

By using the Site or signing up for the waitlist, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What ATMAN Is — and an Important Disclaimer

ATMAN is a wellbeing and personal development app. At present it is under development, and the Site offers only the ability to join the waitlist.

ATMAN is not a medical device and is not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any disease. It does not provide medical, psychotherapeutic, or other professional services. The content of the Site and the future app does not replace consultation with a doctor, therapist, or other qualified professional. If you have health concerns, please consult an appropriate specialist.

3. The Waitlist

By signing up for the waitlist, you provide your name and email address and consent to their processing (see the Privacy Policy). Signing up:

• is free of charge;
• does not create any obligation on our part to launch the app by any particular date or at all;
• does not guarantee access to the app, special terms, or pricing, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• may be cancelled by you at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the waitlist and the Site at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

By using the Site, you agree to:

• provide accurate information and not impersonate any other person;
• not sign up on behalf of third parties without their permission;
• not use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
• not attempt to disrupt the Site's operation, gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or collect data by automated means without our consent.

We reserve the right to remove your subscription and restrict access if you breach these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Site — the ATMAN name and brand, logo, text, design, graphics, and other elements — are our property or used with lawful authorisation, and are protected by intellectual property law. Without our prior written consent, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes.

6. No Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that the Site will operate without interruption or errors, that it will be fully secure, or that the ATMAN app will be launched with specific features or by a specific date. Any information about the app is preliminary and subject to change.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law (for example, for fraud or gross negligence, or consumer rights).

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services (for example, pages of our processors). We do not control their content and are not responsible for their policies or practices. You follow such links at your own risk.

9. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on the Site with the date shown in the "Last updated" line. Continuing to use the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the law of the laws of Ukraine. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the courts of Ukraine at the Entrepreneur's place of registration, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
